Visible to: public

Time zone: Perth
Reminder: 1 week before
Ends: 04:00pm (duration is about 8 hours)

Drive to Charles Court Reserve (end of Broadway, Nedlands). Leave cars here. Walk along Matilda Bay foreshore (great views of the city) then cross over into the University Grounds to visit attractions such as the Sunken Garden and Winthrop Hall, then proceed under the subway to King’s Park, walking along Park Avenue, then along Law Walk – wildflowers should be on display with sweeping views of the Swan River. Visit the tree top walk, then up to the War Memorial for morning tea. Enjoy a one hour guided walk organized by the Friends of Kings Park (starts around 12 midday). Walk back along some of the sand tracks to view the many wildflowers which should be on display, finally arriving at Synergy Parklands at the bottom of King’s Park where we have lunch (coffee available at Zamia Café for the addicts!). Stroll back under the subway to the Matilda Bay foreshore and back to the cars.
