Take in the cool Freo doctor breezes as we follow the meandering path of the Swan to its mouth at Fremantle. Cliffside views of the river and an optional swim at Bathers Bay in Freo if its warm. Finishing with an optional Fish and Chip tea at one of Fremantles iconic sea front fish cafes.
